View our full featured site -> : Provoking Iran
Zbigniew Brzezinski, the man who masterminded the failed Nojeh Coup in 1980 to topple the current Iranian government, came out on February 1 to testify before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, blasting the Bush administration's handling of the war. He called the "War on Terror" a "mythical historical narrative" used to justify a "protracted and potentially expanding war," and accused them [the Bush administration] of trying to spread the conflict in Iraq to other parts of the Middle East by "deepening [a] quagmire eventually ranging across Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan."
"A plausible scenario for a military collision with Iran involves Iraqi failure to meet the benchmarks, Brzezinski explained, "followed by accusations of Iranian responsibility for the failure; then by some provocation in Iraq or a terrorist act in the U.S. blamed on Iran. ... To argue that America is already at war in the region with a wider Islamic threat, of which Iran is the epicenter, is to promote a self-fulfilling prophecy."
The Reichstag burning, February 27, 1933.
Brzezinski also made note of the Bush administration's cronyism, saying, "I am perplexed by the fact that major strategic decisions seem to be made within a very narrow circle of individuals - just a few, probably a handful, perhaps not more than the fingers on my hand. "And these are the individuals, all of whom but one, who made the original decision to go to war, and used the original justifications to go to war," he noted. (6)

Thank you for posting that, JamesP. Zbigniew Brzezinski's geo-political and military analysis is well expressed and accurate!

You know things are REALLY bad when Zbigniew Brzezinski sounds good. :)
It sounds funny coming from a guy, who, when he was running things, promoted extremist radical Muslims as a counter to Soviet hegemony in Southwest Asia, and helped orchestrate the overthrow of the Shah.

As one of the founders of the Trilateral Commission, let's not forget who Zbigniew Brzezinski is. One only needs to read his book, The Grand Chessboard; American Primacy And It's Geostrategic Imperatives http://www.wanttoknow.info/brzezinskigrandchessboard to understand his goals and influence on members of PNAC. (The Project for the New American Century) They are all Grand Global Lizards, who fancy themselves rulers of the kingdom.
When Brzezinski states things like this before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, he has thrown down the gauntlet.
The Bush NeoCons have botched what should of been a slam dunk. They got greedy. They took care of their buddies - and their buddies took care of their buddies and severely robbed the American and Iraqi people. If the US illegally invaded Iraq BUT came through with the "democratic promise" (very Roman) of Brzezinski ideals in nation building, like building the infrastructure, providing jobs and getting the colony properly set-up, there would be no war most likely now.
My read is there's a schism between the ruling Lizards. The Bush NeoCons, a brazen bunch, may just call everyone's bluff because they're being bitch-slapped and backed into a corner. And that's dangerous. Just like Hitler was propped up to push on by the same Lizards, who benefitted from both sides of the war, World War III would indeed be extremely profitable. It would decrease population, finalize events in the Middle East, stabilize the oil by placing it in corporate Euro-American power and in essence end the chess game. And which European nations would go to war to benefit from the spoils? The problem is it could get nuclear, when it didn't have too. And Brzezinski is really pissed it had to come to this.

UFOs and aliens have intervened before in matters of nuclear weapons and, specifically, during the nuclear power plant disaster at Chernobyl. An Alien or aliens in UFOs, one confirmed over an American Nike nuclear missle base and one confirmed over a Russian nuclear military base, took 10 Nike missles off-line in America and began a nuclear missle lauch countdown in Russia. The aliens' purpose in doing that was to show that aliens do have the ability to control those weapons systems! During the accident at Chernobyl, a UFO was seen hovering near and above that damaged nuclear plant for several minutes with a constant beam of laser light eminating from the UFO to the nuclear plant. There was NOT a China Syndrome event and one reactor core that was in the early stages of a melt down, did not.
There are aliens who are interdimensional and who share essentially the same space as people of Earth do except at a different vibrational frequency range. The frequency range of nuclear radiation is broad, so nuclear disasters on Earth do affect aliens in the worlds that they inhabit.

Anderson: Very accurate assesment of the the situation, big thumbs up! But here's where I differ: They didn't botch the job at all, they're making a killing and racking up insane profits the longer this war goes on, because they're selling all the equipment being destroyed by the insurgency. They also profit becase this conflict keeps cheap and plentiful Iraqi oil off the market, so they can jack up the price. It is on their best interests that this war goes on and on without a clear victor, quite Orwellian dare I say.
Jennifer: Well..... There's just no arguing with that...

Dear Neocon Newbie,
WafflePudding is the same age as you. (If we are to believe profiles.) But, unlike the brief, angry jabs you post attacking the 'stupid liberals', Pudding engages, speaks his mind, contributes, analyzes, debates and is becoming a real personnae here at POL.
I have nothing against conservative ideas. Many of my ideas are conservative. For example, I'm against gun control. I'm for a small government. I want to balance our budget and get rid of the momumental debt Bush has put us in.
You just can't see past the labels. Try Newbie. Please. :sunny:

I support the second ammendment, if anything I'm more conservative than liberal, ask anyone around here. Normally I abstain from namecalling but on you, it's a wasted gesture dumbass. Oh sorry about that, the "NeoCon" bit made it redundant. I'll tell you what, you learn how to spell, grow some pubes (because come on, we all know you're actually 14), and then come back here so we can talk people to putz. That is, if you finally manage to get your own opinion (factoid, you're not Bill O'Reilly or Ann Coulter). Make sure to bring a dictionary along, most of us here aren't fluent in "moron" enough to hold a conversation with a native.
