To the information about "Tall White" aliens below about human child abductions by aliens, I add that some abducted children are used for labor, some for alien/human genetic hybridization, some for mission training on Earth and all are used for aliens to learn about Earth born human beings. The information about Tall Whites provides a glimps into the complexity of exopolitics.

Airman First Class Charles Hall was Range Weather Observer for several gunnery ranges between 1965 - 1967. His job could have been plain simple if the aliens he calls the Tall Whites weren't often around, silently observing him. He was given the surname "Teacher's Pet".

Gerry Zeitlin quotes a remark Charles Hall made in a radio interview
on how the tall white females made a point of insisting how they
treat their children better than human females. Zeitlin writes:
'Hall mentions that "The Teacher's" constant refrain was "We love
our children more than you do," and in fact if you know what's good
for you, you will open every conversation with a Tall White female
by saying "I know you love your children more than we love ours.'

Now this is quite puzzling since it was not clear why tall white
females would feel inclined to make such a statement, and emphasize
it so strongly. After all, the interaction between ordinary
civilians and the tall whites were very restricted according to
Hall, and the tall white females would have had few opportunities to
observe how human females interacted with their children. What is
the reason for this clear bias by the tall white females in terms of
how humans treat children, and why did they make an issue of it in
terms of being approached by any humans such as Hall? However, a
clue to what may have been the true motivation for this puzzling
remark by tall white female 'teacher' lies in what Charles Hall
described in some correspondence with me about what the US Air force
supplied to the tall whites in exchange for advanced technology:
"One of the big items was children's clothing. In the mid 1960's, on
at least one occasion the USAF purchased more than $600,000 worth of
children's clothing from the Sears stores and warehouse in Los
Angeles, California, picked it up in Government trucks, and shipped
it to Indian Springs Auxiliary Field, Nevada. The trucks delivered
the clothing to the main tall white base at the north end of Indian
Springs Valley"
This is a very revealing statement since it suggests that there were
a number of shipments where large quantities of children's clothing
were given to the tall whites. This is what the Co-Founder of
GalacticDiplomacy.com wrote about this remark by Hall:
"I went to the site of the American Institute for Economic Research
to find out how much $600,000 would equal by today's standards and
it would be the equivalent of $3,496,296.30 in 2004. This would mean
that in one single shipment the USAF gave three and a half million
dollars worth of children's clothing to the Tall Whites. And they
could have shipments whenever they wanted according to Hall, as well
as food and raw metals as far as he witnessed (and what more didn't
he witness)"
In my evaluation of Charles Hall's response to a series of questions
concerning the quantities of resources given to the tall whites, I
raised the possibility that the children's clothing and food were
not for use by the tall whites as Charles Hall thought (who numbered
only two-three hundred adults and children on Earth), but were for
the use of captive humans taken as 'cargo' on the large interstellar
ships that periodically visited the Earth. In other words, human
children were part of an interstellar slave trade, and were fed and
clothed by materials supplied by the US Air Force to the tall
whites. This is uncannily reminiscent of the recent motion picture,
The Forgotten, which involved children being abducted by
extraterrestrials, while parents memories were removed of their
children, and national security agencies were powerless to stop this.
Now I raised this 'slave trade' as a possibility in my evaluation of
Charles Hall's answers to my questions, but now the
comments made by the tall white female teacher reflecting a deep
bias about human attitudes towards children makes more sense. The
tall white females were of course commenting on their superiority as
mothers since they didn't give up their children as slaves. So what
we may have here is evidence of an interstellar bias towards humans
who do things that in the interstellar community are deemed
barbaric, `sacrificing children for technology'.
