After a few years of this show most women can appreciate the value of having a Gay male friend (if they didn't already). Considering the show's abundance of sexual in-u-endo their wide-spread success is impressive (puns intended, as in keeping with the spirit of the show).

I applaude its accomplishments and witty humor but give it a deduction for being too penis oriented and not enough issue oriented.

Just couldn't get into Will and Grace for the looooongest time...until its late night reruns were the only decent thing on (don't have cable) in my times of insomnia. I think the writing is brilliant and so is much of the acting. I even learned to not hate Karen. However, someone recently pointed out that the characters are incredibly self-involved people. Oh dear! I had learned to enjoy all the good things so much that it hadn't occurred (sp?) to me. But as with real people, we have to accept people for their strengths, not their weaknesses. ;)
