..............for MISLEADING HIM!!
OH wonderfull.....
Anyone got it?...also Barbara mad! I'm listening to Charles Boyet (?) and hearing this now.......?? I'd appreciate it if you can find this item.
Charles, sounds like, G-oi-yet ?
I looked over at washingtontimes.com and didn't see anything... Was it the Charles Goyette show? The streaming audio for his show today is at
http://www.charlesgoyette.com/archive/index.cgi?2005-12-05-Charles
If you let me know which third of the show it was in (first 10 minutes, middle, last 10 minutes), I'll give it a listen and see what I can dig up.
Yes, I'll take your spelling ..I just changed it..but you got there first. I'd say it was the last 10 minutes of his radio program today. I caught it late because of reading this forum today. I also looked it up on the W.T. today , but no luck!
Goyette...........
OK, I got it, kinda. :)
The "Barbara Bush is Mad" story's at http://www.thewashingtonnote.com/archives/001129.html
The story about Dick Cheney is supposed to be the lead article at www.inside.com. I can't get that page to open, though. It's owned by the moonies who also own the washington times. They're big Bush supporters.
There's a really good article on Cheney at USAToday entitled "White House problems stick to the 'Velcro veep'" at http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2005-12-04-cheney-cover_x.htm
I heard the story on Air America PHX this morning as well.
If it's true, we could be in for an entertaining final phase as, driven by an "awakened" public, a media seeking redemption and a relentless prosecutor, the Bushies start blaming each other for the Iraq fiasco.
How refreshing to watch this powerful, arrogant, reckless & irresponsible old-rich-boy network start turning on their own to save themselves.
I sensed the turn some weeks ago when Rumsfeld was on the Sunday morning circuit talking as if he was just a distant, passive observer of the Iraq war.
YES, I heard it on Air America PHX & The Moonies talk was there also. It's inside talk............How do we get GWB OUT of THIS?
.......SURE........ we'll buy that......! :D

HuMMMMMMMMMMM...............
Just happened to read this! Must be Rev. Sun Myung Moon is giving "that" advice to the Family............
http://alternet.org/story/29054/
Rev. Sun Myung Moon, the South Korean giant of the religious right who owns the Washington Times, is on a 100-city speaking tour to promote his $200 billion "Peace King Tunnel" dream. As he describes it, the tunnel would be both a monument to his magnificence, and a totem to his prophecy of a unified Planet Earth. In this vision, the United Nations would be reinvented as an instrument of God's plan, and democracy and sexual freedom would crumble in the face of this faith-based glory.
The name Peace King Tunnel would allude to the title of authority to which Moon, 86, lays claim, and to which U.S. congressmen paid respect on Capitol Hill in last year's controversial "Crown of Peace" coronation ritual.
Moon's lobbying campaign is "ambitious and diffuse," as the D.C. newspaper The Hill reported last year, and the sheer range of guests revealed just how many Pacific Rim political leaders the Times owner has won over, including Filipino and Taiwanese politicians. And the head of the Arizona GOP attended a recent stop in San Francisco. But perhaps the most surprising VIP to tag along is Neil Bush, George H.W. Bush's youngest and most wayward son, who made both the Philippines and Taiwan legs of the journey, according to reports in newspapers from those countries and statements from Moon's Family Federation.
From the Washington Note:
"December 01, 2005 http://www.thewashingtonnote.com/archives/001129.html
Bush Gossip & Tonight's Ten Minutes on Air America' Majority Report
Barbara Bush is allegedly TICKED off at Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Andy Card, nearly all of them -- except Karen Hughes -- for how her boy is faring in the hearts and minds of Americans.
The matriarch of the Bush clan is colder than North Pole ice right now to those around her son who she thinks have undermined him. I'll tell who my sources are if Patrick Fitzgerald gives a call and makes me -- but the sources are very close to Poppa Bush (41), who has been traveling a bit with some of his old entourage, including Brent Scowcroft and others of the first Bush regime.
While TWN has been able to confirm that Laura Bush's mother-in-law wants to do more than put coal in the stockings of the Vice President and the other top handlers of her son's White House, we have not been able to confirm a slightly stronger bit of the rumor, which is that Barbara -- not Laura -- was planning to call on Nancy Reagan just to get a refresher lesson on how she took on and kicked out then Chief-of-Staff Donald Regan. (I embellish here; Barbara Bush is not going to take lessons from Nancy, it just sounded good. My source told me that Barbara was about to "pull a Nancy Reagan" on these attendants.)
Cheney may be tougher to dump than Don Regan, but then again, Barbara Bush is one of those wonders of nature (we hear) who knows no limits and can easily surge beyond category 5 hurricane winds.
Should be interesting to watch the role of the First Mother in the coming couple of months. Watch for a lot to change right after the State of the Union address, I've been told."
