Struggling for Recruits, Army Relaxes Its Rules
http://www.truthout.org/docs_2006/022106G.shtml
With more than 2,200 dead, 16,700 wounded and a large percentage of Americans disapproving of the war in Iraq, the US military is struggling to meet its recruiting goals. With little fanfare, the Army has eased enlistment restrictions, allowing soldiers previously considered too heavy, too old, too sickly or too uneducated to head off to basic training.

Let's thank Cheney and Rumsfeld for downsizing our military and bringing in all those wonderfull mercenaries!

This can't be confirmed, but, the word in Washington DC is, that due to the threat of Cheney bombing Iran, and our troops being hit full force by the Al-Sadr forces in Iraq if they do, a number of Generals are threatening the administration with impeachment.

I'll try to confirm this, but, as reports are, that oil production in Iraq is in danger of total shutdown.
