It certainly looks like an interesting book. Congratulations for entering the publishing melee and do hope you have success.

You do realize, that most of the names you listed are pretty hypocritical "Elmer Gantry's" with no shame whatsoever in the sophistry they shovel down our throats. Good luck if you can convert them, though. :thumbup: I hope you have the patientence of Job. You're going to need it. :)
