It does NOT take a rocket scientist to understand that any and every serious act by American citizens against established, onerus federal NEOCONSERVATIVE fascist rule would be construed as a case of emergency with results repeated such as those witnessed in the events at Waco.

You are absolutely right. That's why the new way of being in this world has to be non-violent. Confronting violent people with guns is not the way to change the world. We have to live so as to make guns irrelevant.
Love your neighbor. Love your enemy. Love the earth. Love God. Back your consumption way off. Stay home and love your family.
Do good, resist not evil. If you spend all your time resisting evil, you will never do anything positively good.
Make a plan. "I am going to do a., b., and c., to improve my family's quality of life, to improve my community, to improve my soul." Then Just DO it! If somebody tries to stop you, THEN get mad.
